We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative / BDM to join our team, based at our Dandenong South office, with frequent client visits across Melbourne.


About the Role

As a key part of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our print and promotional product offerings.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
  • Deliver tailored proposals, quotes, and product recommendations
  • Accurately manage pipeline activity in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and customer service efforts
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and trade shows when required

Day-to-Day Duties Include:
  • Responding to inbound sales enquiries and converting them into orders
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients with a focus on repeat business
  • Actively seeking new clients and working towards set KPIs
  • Preparing customised solutions aligned with client branding and site needs
  • Coordinating orders with production and design teams for seamless delivery
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activity
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our products and branding capabilities

About You
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
  • Background in printing, display signage, promotional products or packaging is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated and results-focused with strong time-management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle for client visits
