This is a practical leadership role, not an office or rostering position, making it perfect for someone who enjoys being in the thick of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • 2+ years experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong focus on organisation and consistency
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional work habits
  • Weekend and evening availability

Requirements

  • Basic cooking experience in a hospitality or events setting
  • Certificate II/III in Kitchen Operations (preferred, not essential)
  • Punctual, reliable, and clean work habits
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Able to work solo or in a small team
