Kitchen Hand – Full-Time (Daytime Only)

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand to support our chefs with prep, cleanliness, and smooth service. This is a full-time, daytime-only position and weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) is essential.

What You'll Do

  • Assist chefs with basic prep and service support
  • Maintain a spotless, food-safe kitchen at all times (dishes, benches, floors, equipment)
  • Restock, rotate, and organise cool rooms, dry stores, and service areas
  • Follow hygiene, OH&S, and waste-management procedures
  • Work efficiently during busy periods and communicate clearly with the team

What You Bring

  • Previous kitchen hand experience (essential) in a busy, quality-focused venue
  • Pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Availability on Saturdays and Sundays (must)
