Our services encompass extra high voltage transmission grids, power distribution networks, and consumer-end electric supply facilities. We also offer customised, integrated solutions for protection system design, automation, control and communication, all tailored to our clients' needs.

While the position will include mobilisation duties such as coordinating travel and site readiness for our workforce, the primary focus will be on learning and assisting with HSEQ processes, systems, and compliance, which will form the majority of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Mobilisation Responsibilities:

- Organise compliance requirements prior to employment and/or mobilisation, such as medical assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and security clearances
- Ensure employees receive all necessary information and documentation before deployment
- Support onboarding of new starters to align with APD Global and site requirements
- Communicate regularly with employees regarding mobilisation status, travel changes, and site-specific details
HSEQ Responsibilities:
- Support APD Global's HSEQ team in compliance management, system administration, and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSEQ software systems and data management
- Collect, maintain, and manage HSEQ data, training records, medical records, and other confidential information
- Support document control, standardisation, and reporting processes, including preparation of meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Coordinate subcontractor prequalification, training, and other HSEQ compliance requirements across multiple projects and clients
- Provide administrative support and contribute to continual improvement initiatives, promoting positive HSEQ behaviours across APD Global
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of mobilisation experience
- Previous experience booking and organising pre-employment tests and clearances
- HSEQ qualifications or experience (beneficial but not essential)
- A motivated, career-driven attitude
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with a focus on service and rapport
Why Join APD?
- A technically strong and collaborative project environment
- Long-term career development and progression opportunities
- Professional development and certification opportunities
- Access to industry-leading tools and technologies
- A structured, professional work environment focused on safety, integrity, and delivery excellence
Successful candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and provide a police clearance.
