About the opportunity

This role provides quality administration assistance to our trades team.

As the Administration Assistant, we are looking for someone who will:

  • Always present professionally and fit for work.
  • Ensure tasks are completed as per the schedule and per direction from Supervisors within timeframe.
  • Participate in operations planning, toolbox, and safety meetings.
  • Ensure positive client feedback is received for work that has been undertaken.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Positive work attitude
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to organize, prioritise and use initiative
  • High-quality data entry skills and experience with Office software
  • Simpro and MYOB experience highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a close knit team.
  • Excellent Time management skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Must be able to pass Pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test

Duties include:

  • General administration duties
  • Ordering of materials as needed
  • Raising job sheets
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
