PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR WANTED – CIVIL & MINING

Established in 2010, Red Dust Holdings (RDH) is a progressive Civil Construction & Mining Services Contractorbased in Geraldton, WA, with active projects across the state. Our cup is beyond full and due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work we are ready to welcome a Project Administrator to our hardworking (but fun) team.

About the role;

This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday Working 37.5 hours per week

Based in our Geraldton Head office, our Project Administrators support multiple remote and regional projects in both civil and mining. If you have experience in Site Admin, Contracts Admin, or Project Admin, we want to hear from you. This one's for someone who can hit the ground running—while still being supported by a strong team and smart systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end administration of individual projects
  • Liaising with clients and management on contracts and interpretations
  • Supporting internal cost tracking, reporting, and system management
  • Collaborating with site crews, supervisors, project teams and HR
  • Maintaining accurate records and reconciling costs using established systems
  • Assisting with procurement, AP/AR, and compliance
  • Using your strengths in Excel and organisation to manage a fast-moving workload

What We're Looking For

  • Intermediate+ skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Quick learner: Ability to adapt and learn new systems efficiently
  • A clear communicator with a positive and proactive mindset
  • Strong organisational skills – this role juggles daily changes and logistics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in site/project/contract administration (advantageous)
  • Experience in AP/AR and cost reconciliation (bonus)
  • Someone who thrives in a team setting
