About the role

As the Senior Admin Officer at Crystel Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and providing high-quality support to our NDIS clients and team.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the day-to-day administrative duties including answering inquiries, processing service agreements, and maintaining organised records
  • Coordinating client appointments, scheduling, and correspondence to deliver an exceptional customer experience in collaboration with the allied health team
  • Data entry in CRM including setting up new clients
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing streamlined administrative workflows
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training of new administrative staff
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy standards in handling client and company information

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Admin role, preferably within the NDIS sector
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to the NDIS principles
