Client & Admin Coordinator (6-Month Contract – Work from Home)
Full-time | Remote | Start mid-July 2025 | $62,000 p.a.

We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and proactive administrator to join the Clean Feeling team on a 6-month maternity leave contract. This full-time, work-from-home role supports both our Mackay and Brisbane operations and is all about delivering excellent client experiences and keeping our behind-the-scenes admin running smoothly.

If you have experience in admin and/or accounts and love variety in your workday, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key support for our internal team. Your days will include a mix of communication, coordination, and admin tasks with optional involvement in basic accounts duties if that's part of your skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer client calls and emails with professionalism and care
  • Coordinate with our scheduling team and supervisors to support daily operations
  • Prepare client quotes, assist with onboarding, and conduct regular check-ins
  • General office and admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
  • Support basic accounting tasks such as quoting, invoicing, reconciliations, and billing (via Xero) – if this suits your experience
  • Manage stock orders, repairs, and equipment rotation

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in admin and/or accounts, ideally in a service-based industry
  • Experience using Xero (helpful but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, your own laptop and phone
  • A proactive, responsive, and thoughtful approach to your work
