The role:
As a Admin Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

Handling administrative tasks and accurate data entry
-
Booking services, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
-
Liaising with subcontractors and managing incoming communication
-
Using internal systems for scheduling and documentation
-
Managing office supplies and overseeing general office administration
-
Supporting internal teams and jumping across functions as required
Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in coordination, scheduling, or operational support, particularly in blue-collar industries such as trucking, maintenance, waste management, or transportation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with drivers, management, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word) and the ability to adapt to new computer systems and applications.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Solutions-oriented with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients and the team.
