What We're Looking For:

  • Experience – Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role desirable.
  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in accounting softwares and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail – A meticulous approach to processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
  • Organisational Skills – Strong ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Team Collaboration – A friendly team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving – Confidence in resolving discrepancies and handling payment queries.

This role will play a vital role in managing the smooth operation of accounts payables. This full-time, permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and innovative organisation with support from an experienced team of finance professionals.

What You'll Do:

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently within specified deadlines.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage payment runs, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding payment queries.
  • Contribute to month-end closing activities by providing necessary reports and information.
  • Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
