The opportunity

We are looking for Accounts Payable Officer to join our national Finance group. We have a friendly team culture and our Business Services team is at the core of our success. Accountabilities

  • Review and process high volume of invoices for client and firm creditors
  • Review and process partner/staff expense reimbursements
  • Reconcile key creditor accounts on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Arrange daily payment of invoices through online banking platform
  • Assist in the management of all queries relating to the accounts payable function

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have:

  • Accuracy and timely entry of invoice processing
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with our practice management system (Aderant) is desirable but not essential, otherwise comfort with finance software
