Role Overview
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, and liaising with stakeholders and vendors.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running in a high-volume environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely payments, accurate records, and adherence to internal controls.

Responsibilities

  • Process and code invoices accurately, matching to purchase orders
  • Prepare and process local and international payment runs
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and manage aged creditors
  • Investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and approvals
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and manage queries
  • Assist with month-end close including accruals and reporting
  • Support junior staff and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Candidate Profile
As an ideal candidate you are an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a strong understanding of finance operations, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can quickly adapt to new systems and teams.

You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems (Dynamics 365 ideal)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadline
  • Immediate availability preferred
