As our Hospitality Account Manager, you will be joining the Commercial Partnerships and Sales Team to support the delivery and execution of the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix event.

This is a
fixed term position
, based at our Head Office in St Kilda and Albert Park Circuit, which ends on
27th March 2026.

Reporting into the Senior Manager – Hospitality Experiences, the Hospitality Account Manager will manage an allocated portfolio of clients, to ensure that they receive the highest level of service and engagement in the delivery of contracted services. In doing so, this role plays a vital role in influencing client retention and re-signing behaviours.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage the delivery of hospitality facilities including seamless delivery of all private client suites and AGPC shared facilities which includes supervision of contracted short-term team members and suite budgets.
  • Work collaboratively with both the Commercial Partnerships and Commercial Operations Teams to ensure accurate, timely and professional scoping, planning and delivery of client requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with AGPC contractors and suppliers to design fit-out and manage the hospitality facilities around the circuit
  • Facilitation of operational processes, i.e. safety and insurance, accreditation, infrastructure ordering and planning, invoicing and other related administrative tasks

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing sponsorship & hospitality delivery.
  • Minimum of 2 years' account management experience in events or sporting industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and partners.
  • Ability to think creatively to generate new opportunities
  • A current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), or be willing to obtain
