Company Description

We are looking for an experienced Co-Working Manager (full Time) To lead our new vibrant establishment at 61-63 Inkerman Street St Kilda.

You'll be responsible for helping the initial set up as well as running this new business, ensuring we deliver a 5 Star hospitality experience to our new members.  Whilst efficiently promoting our services on all platforms in order to help increase member numbers. This is a leadership role where you'll foster a vibrant, connection with the community, drive the business with excellence and guide your team to consistently deliver stand out service. You will be instrumental in creating spaces people are going love working in.

Job Description

You will be the leader of a small but effective and knowledgeable team; we are a development company with several projects however your key role will be the Manager of the Co-Working operation.

From report writing, direct marketing, right through to social media advertising. This is not for the person that needs to be told what's next, we want the applicant to be creative and be able to help implement new ways to reach new members.


• 2 Years + experience in a similar role. Hotel management, Event management and or Hospitality will be considered


• Someone that can problem solve whilst being calm under pressure.


• Is confident in managing budgets reporting and logistics.


• With clear communication skills
