Sports Direct, powered by Accent Group, is making its debut in Australia and New Zealand – and we're looking for some experienced and passionate Casual Sales Assistants to assist in the launch of our very first store.  You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store's success.

About the Role

Based at our brand-new store in Fountain Gate, you'll be at the heart of the action. Connecting with customers, sharing your product knowledge, and helping to create an unforgettable in-store experience. You'll support the management team in driving sales and keeping the store looking its best. This is your chance to be part of something exciting, working alongside a passionate team to deliver results and make every customer interaction count

Day by Day, you will

  • Bring a premium, service focused approach to drive sales, hit KPIs, and make your mark in a high-profile store launch
  • Processing large volumes of stock
  • Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
  • Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
  • Maintaining a positive CAN DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers

  • Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket settings
  • Passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Comfortable and confident working in a busy, energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Open to constructive feedback and keen to learn
  • Available for late-night trade and weekends
