Role Overview:

As WelleCo's Sales Assistant, you will report into our Training and Education Manager and will play a key role in promoting product sell-through by engaging with our customers and providing authentic WelleCo solutions.

We are an integrated team, so you will work closely with various members of the Sales and Marketing teams to promote brand exposure, product education and sell-through within the stores of our major retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive product sell-through: Actively engage with customers in store, identify their needs and recommend authentic WelleCo solutions to empower them on their wellness journeys.

· Conduct product taste testing: Provide tastings of WelleCo products to customers in store to build brand awareness and support informed WelleCo purchases.

· Visual merchandising : Ensure WelleCo visual merchandise is well-presented to reflect our brand's premium aesthetic.

· Provide retail partner product education: Educate retail partner staff on the WelleCo brand and products, ensuring they can confidently recommend WelleCo products to support sales growth.

· Report customer feedback: Document and report brand and product feedback from customers to the Sales, Marketing and wider WelleCo teams.

· Opportunity to support trade marketing activations: Potential to assist at ad-hoc trade marketing activations to promote brand awareness.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Currently studying or completed a Bachelor of Health Science, Nutrition, Naturopathy, Dietetics or similar.

· Sales experience within a retail setting or the FMCG industry is preferred but not essential.
