About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, it's your job to create a world-class retail experience by discovering customers' needs, delivering solutions and building brand loyalty. You will have a passion for retail and are invigorated by interactions with your customers. You will support with store operations across inventory, visual merchandising, loss prevention and store presentation, to ensure the memo retail experience is brought to life within the store environment.

We are looking for casual team members to work across multiple locations in Melbourne. Successful candidates must be able to work on weekends and over the Christmas period. This position is initially a 3 month contract with potential to extend.

About You:

To be successful at The Memo as a Sales Assistant you will be an ambassador for The Memo brand, embodying the memo company values and maintaining a positive brand image. You will authentically demonstrate the ultimate standard of customer experience; using strong product knowledge to bring to life solutions for our customers. We are looking for people who have;

  • Customer service experience
  • Fluent verbal and written English (required)
  • Computer literate – Word, Outlook, POS
  • Genuine interest in connecting with customers
  • Must be available to work weekends and over the Christmas period
