Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Assistant at GUESS Doncaster, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience. You will assist customers in finding the perfect products, maintain store presentation, and contribute to the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage customers, offering personalised assistance and product knowledge.
  • Assist customers with product selection, ensuring a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products effectively and uphold the GUESS brand aesthetic.
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash and card payments.
  • Support inventory management processes, including stock replenishment and organisation.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and GUESS products to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
About you:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required; a passion for fashion and customer service is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
