Project/Account Manager
At Dijitally, we're passionate about helping businesses grow through smart, sustainable digital solutions. Based in Australia and proudly partnering with one of the country's leading fintech companies, we empower customers and retailers to achieve greater financial freedom – and we have some exciting projects ahead.
We're now looking for a Project/Account Manager.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Project & Delivery Management
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Brief, manage, and support internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to drive efficient, flexible workflows
• Make minor updates within CMS, CRM, or Figma (e.g., uploading content or tweaking UI copy)
• Proactively manage dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
Client Partnership & Communication
• Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing project updates, managing expectations, and solving problems quickly
• Interrogate briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements
• Deliver polished documentation, clear timelines, and responsive communications
Quality & Risk Management
• Own QA and testing cycles to ensure outputs meet technical, UX, and brand standards
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans
• Keep an eye on the finer details — accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brief
Financial & Resource Management
• Work with project and client teams to define and monitor budgets
• Track time, utilisation, and delivery to ensure projects stay financially healthy
• Manage reconciliation, invoice schedules, and forecasting with confidence.
*Here's what you'll bring:*
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Detailed orientated skills and strong organisational skills
• Strong understanding of project workflows across creative, dev, UX, and media
• Experience with Agile methodologies and digital delivery frameworks
• Great stakeholder management skills — confident, clear, and solutions-focused
• A knack for balancing multiple priorities without compromising quality
• Experience using tools like Productive, Slack, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar
• Bonus points if you've worked directly in CMS platforms, Figma, or CRM tools
• A quiet, reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet
How we work:
This is a remote role, with core working hours aligned to the Australian AEST time zone. We value flexibility but trust you to manage your workload effectively. You'll stay connected with the team through Slack, G-suite, and email — and your ability to communicate clearly and proactively will set you up for success.
A bit about us:
At Dijitally, we're all about collaboration, curiosity, and making great work together. We create an environment where people support each other, grow together, and feel empowered to do their best. While we move at pace, we know balance matters—so we offer flexibility to help our team stay motivated and energised. Open communication, fresh thinking, and a can-do attitude are what drive us forward.
We celebrate individuality and champion inclusion. If you don't tick every box but feel this role could be a great fit, we still encourage you to apply. We value potential just as much as experience, and we welcome people of all backgrounds—regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or culture.
Ready to create great experiences? We'd love to hear from you
