What you'll be doing:

  • Take the lead on a portfolio of high-profile clients across shopper and experiential marketing - from iconic whiskies and craft beer, to Australia's favourite biscuits, retail, banking and beyond.
  • Drive client growth and ensure campaigns don't just launch - they land, stick, and perform. You'll work closely with strategy, creative, digital and production teams to deliver integrated, effective campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, keeping an eagle eye on financials to deliver work that creates impact
    and

ROI.

Who we're looking for:

  • An experienced (3+ years) agency Account Manager looking for a fresh challenge.
  • Someone who can confidently manage multiple projects and priorities, while keeping an eye on both detail and the bigger picture.
  • You're well-versed in shopper and promotional marketing, with exposure to experiential campaigns or events.
  • You will be well-versed in shopper & promotional marketing, with some exposure to experiential events.
  • A confident communicator who builds rapport easily with both clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and motivated to do work that's creative, effective, and memorable.
  • A strategic thinker with the hustle and humour to lead, inspire, and keep things moving.
