The Opportunity:

KBR is building a strong pipeline of talented Commercial professionals for our Australia Defence and Security Solutions (ADSS) team. We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals who may be interested in future opportunities to contribute to strategic commercial oversight and contractual management across complex Defence projects.

By joining our talent pool, you'll position yourself to be considered for upcoming Commercial opportunities within our Corporate Commercial Function where you'll be part of a network committed to excellence, innovation and delivery.

Opportunities can be based in either:

• Adelaide

• Melbourne

• Canberra

• Sydney

• Brisbane

We are seeking individuals with experience in commercial management and contract administration. Candidates across a range of experience levels are encouraged to apply, including those who:

• Have a strong understanding of commercial principles and contract management

• Are confident in stakeholder engagement and negotiation

• Have experience supporting projects in Defence, Government, or similar industries

Key Areas of Interest:

• Contract development, negotiation and management

• Commercial risk evaluation and mitigation

• Subcontract creation and administration

• Stakeholder management and communication

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

While we are seeking a broad talent pool, successful candidates often hold:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or equivalent professional experience

• Experience in Defence or Government commercial management (ASDEFCON) or procurement

• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office products

• AGSVA security clearance
