We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Real Estate professional to join an International Agency and Advisory. You will have full autonomy, with equity options and existing deal flow.

The Role

Build and nurture relationships with hotel owners, investors, and key stakeholders.

Secure off-market listings through strategic networking and outreach.

Analyze market trends, property values, and financials to guide pricing and sales strategies.

Identify and negotiate with high-net-worth buyers to close high-value transactions.

Conduct property tours and facilitate complex hotel real estate deals.

Develop strong industry connections with lenders, appraisers, and legal professionals.

Proven experience in sales, acquisitions, feasibility studies, and asset management.
