As our Associate Commercial Property Manager, you will take ownership of a premium portfolio of boutique office and city fringe commercial assets. Your week will be dynamic and varied: one day you might be on-site discussing HVAC upgrades with an engineer, the next you'll be negotiating a lease renewal with a key tenant, and the day after you could be working with our Director to prepare a pitch for a new management opportunity.

This is a role with genuine autonomy and impact, where your ability to "look at a building practically" is just as valued as your commercial acumen. You will be a key driver of our clients' success and a vital contributor to the growth of our Asset Management division.

• Drive the end-to-end management of a premium portfolio of Sydney CBD & Fringe commercial assets.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs, manage contractors, and contribute to CAPEX projects.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and support senior leadership in pitching and winning new managements.
• Cultivate exceptional, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and key industry stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of property financials, including budgeting, arrears control, outgoings reconciliations, and monthly client reporting.

• You have 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or facilities management, or a related field.
• You can "look at a building practically" – you have a strong, hands-on understanding of how building services work and are confident in technical conversations with trades.
• You are commercially astute, good with numbers, and have a genuine interest in contributing to business growth.
• You are ambitious, driven, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
• You are a natural problem-solver with outstanding communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• A valid driver's license and car are essential.
