The Role

This is a short-term project starting as soon as possible. While the initial engagement is temporary, successful candidates will have the opportunity to move to other programmes and ongoing roles within the organisation at the conclusion of the project.

Working as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative, you'll handle escalated customer enquiries and complex issues that require advanced problem-solving skills. You'll manage inbound calls, provide expert guidance, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Respond to escalated customer calls and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex queries, liaising with internal teams as needed.
  • Provide clear, empathetic communication and maintain high service standards.
  • Document interactions accurately and follow compliance guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For;

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a Contact Centre.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels of communication
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call management tools.
