Due to growing demand we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated full-time Customer Service Representative to join our cohesive team. This role is a permanent full-time position working from a modern office with onsite parking. We are seeking a motivated, reliable and organised person with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience in the packaging and label industry is not necessary although would be considered favourably. Must show proven experience in Customer Service. As the successful candidate you will be level headed and thrive in a busy environment where you will be challenged daily.

Networkpak is a leader in innovative design and manufacturer of high quality printed folded cartons and labels located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. We produce packaging and labels for a variety of industries including food, cosmetics and FMCG.

Job description

To liase with customers and action Networkpak's internal processes to initiate required artwork, proofs, job bags, order entry and supply of packaging whilst focusing on achieving the highest DIFOT levels. Ensuring that customer's requirements for information and feedback are met. Managing our internal inventory (WIP and SOH) in conjunction with the manufacturing team and balancing with customers forecasts and delivery requirements. Controlling logistics with both local and interstate freight and working closely with our warehouse team. Invoicing and reporting for customers and our sales team.

  • Experience in packaging or labels is a bonus.
