Are you passionate about building outstanding employee experiences and empowering leaders to succeed? At TechnologyOne, we're seeking a P&C Advisor to join our high performing P&C team, for a
maximum 12 month parental leave cover.
You will partner with our leaders and teams to deliver impactful People & Culture initiatives, provide practical and trusted HR advice, and manage core P&C processes. You'll help foster a culture of engagement, growth, and continuous improvement making a real difference in how our people thrive, during this high growth phase.
What You'll Do
- Support onboarding, probation reviews, exit interviews, and headcount tracking.
- Coordinate performance reviews, engagement surveys, and other cyclical P&C processes.
- Provide first-level advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and contribute to reporting and insights.
- Assist in resolving low-complexity employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and coach them through performance and conduct conversations.
- Partner with Recruitment to support hiring and candidate experience.
- Contribute to talent development, succession planning, and capability mapping.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and champion inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
Your talents…
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Currently performing a similar role with 2-3 years' experience in HR advisory, ideally within a tech or high-growth environment, supporting operations of approximately 400 FTE.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility; highly articulate and adept at navigating a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, as well as operate independently with initiative.
- Proficiency in HR systems and confident ability and experience handling data in Excel.
