We're looking for a Human Resources Advisor who thrives on building relationships and delivering practical HR support where it counts – in the field. This role is not desk-bound. You'll spend significant time on stations, travelling extensively across our pastoral operations to connect with leaders and team members, embed People & Culture initiatives, and provide hands-on support.

Description

What you'll do

Be a trusted advisor across all stages of the employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding.Support leaders with employee relations matters, including investigations and performance conversations.Partner with our Safety team to drive cultural and behavioural change initiatives.Maintain HR systems and processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Deliver onboarding presentations and engagement activities for local and international employees.

Extensive travel: Expect to be on-site for at least one week per month (often more), building strong relationships and understanding the realities of station life.Impact on the ground: Your presence and support will directly influence engagement, culture, and operational success.

Skills And Experiences

What we're looking for

Prior HR generalist experience (3+ years), ideally supporting remote or operational teams.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret enterprise agreements and navigate employment relations issues.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset aligned with our values: Be Curious, Be Generous, Own Your Impact.
