Due to continued growth and ongoing project delivery, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced
HR Advisor
to join the business on a 12
month temporary contract with potential to extend
. This role will have a strong focus on end to end recruitment.

About The Role
Reporting into a high-performing People team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert HR support, guidance, and coaching across a broad portfolio. This is a
true generalist role
with a strong emphasis on recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of end to end recruitment
  • Provide timely and strategic HR advice to managers and employees across a range of business functions.
  • Lead and support HR initiatives aligned to workforce plans and organisational priorities.
  • Coach and develop leaders on employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance.
  • Diagnose people-related challenges and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Prepare and contribute to reports, business cases, and policy development.
  • Support HR project delivery, change initiatives, and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience in a HR Advisor or recruitment, ideally within a complex or highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge across the full HR generalist suite – including performance, change, IR/ER, and talent development.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across multiple levels of leadership.
  • A proactive, commercially-minded approach and a passion for people-focused outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
