We provide intelligence-based solutions based on risk minimization strategies that are executed with precision to over 6000 clients nationwide. We exist to protect our clients, their people, and their assets.

The Role

As an Account Manager in our Western Australia Sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our customer portfolio, attending weekly meetings and being the point of contact as well as advocating for your client/s. This role will see you champion and pursue new business opportunities including proposal preparation and client onboarding based out of our office in Malaga.

The Tasks

  • Be the point of contact for all service issues and queries of nominated clients.
  • Liaising with the invoicing department to ensure all invoices are in the correct format and contain the correct information that is relevant to the individual client/s and meet SLA's
  • Consulting with the operations and functional teams ensuring all client information is shared with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Schedule and proactively book face to face meetings with clients.
  • Escalate all issues to the appropriate Manager/department, ensuring queries are followed up.
  • Participate in revenue campaigns, proactively engaging clients to maximise uptake.
  • Generate revenue in line with assigned targets including targeted retention rates.

The Successful Candidate

  • Will require Western Australian security (agent) licence
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
  • Aptitude for working with computers, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems and competent with Office 365
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Must have drivers' licence and full work permit
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Thrive in a competitive and challenging environment.
