Business Development Manager
to manage and grow our presence across
Western Australia and South Australia
.

This is a
field-based sales role
requiring extensive travel, including
one week in South Australia every six weeks
. If you're passionate about helping clinicians deliver excellent patient outcomes and thrive in building strong professional relationships, this is the role for you.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow your assigned territory, achieving monthly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Strategically promote and sell TP Orthodontics' innovative product portfolio.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with orthodontic and dental professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.
  • Maintain deep product and industry knowledge to support customer needs.
  • Maintain and utilise CRM database to maintain contacts and develop business plans
  • Attend workshops, conferences and events as and when needed.
  • Report directly to the General Manager, providing territory insights and progress updates.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' field sales experience
    (dental or orthodontic industry experience is essential).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of technical and professional expertise.
  • Self-motivated and effective working independently, while staying closely connected to a supportive, collaborative team.
  • Full driver's licence and own car

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including to regional and remote areas.
