Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Perth, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client meetings, contract negotiations, and developing marketing and sales strategies. The role also involves collaboration with various teams to ensure client needs are met and exploring new service opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the health or disability services sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
