We are looking for an organised, people-focused HR Assistant / Administrator for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract role for our client, a leading hospitality group.

This is a fast-paced role in which you will support their busy HR team during an exciting period of growth and season activity.

Key Duties include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the HR function
  • Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
  • Preparing contracts, onboarding paperwork, and supporting new starter processes
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting training coordination and internal communication
  • Helping with HR reporting, compliance tasks, and general team administration

We are looking for someone with previous experience in HR administration with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will need strong communication skills and a commitment to great service as well as the ability to work discreetly with sensitive information.

To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment – hospitality experience a bonus.

In return, you will work with a supportive, collaborative team and have exposure to a wide range of HR activities.
