  • Advise on employee relations, workplace culture, and professional development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR processes meet Fair Work and WHS requirements.
  • Set up or improve HR software systems, timesheets, and documentation workflows where required.
  • Provide ongoing HR advice and consultancy on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in HR management, consulting, or advisory roles (experience in construction or engineering sectors preferred).

• Strong understanding of Australian employment law, Fair Work standards, and HR compliance.

• Experience in KPI frameworks, performance reviews, and workforce planning.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver practical solutions.

• Proficiency with Employment Hero Software.

Why Join Us?

• Flexible working hours – ideal for an experienced consultant or part-time professional.

• Collaborative and supportive leadership team.

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
