About the role

This full-time HR Admin role at a leading automotive parts wholesaler presents an exciting opportunity to join and grow your career in human resources. Based in Sydney, NSW, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support and coordinating a range of HR functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Administer HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and maintaining employee records
  • Assist with the coordination of HR initiatives, including training, performance management, and employee engagement programs
  • Provide generalist HR advice and support on a range of topics, including employment law, HR policies, and employee relations
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR coordinator role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide high-quality service to clients
  • Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
