Location

The role is based at our head office at St Leonards, NSW 2065, Australia.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director / Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing educational programs that effectively communicate the value, clinical applications, and impact of customised healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Strategy & Program Development:
  Developing and implementing a comprehensive education marketing strategy for personalised and patient-matched devices.
• Content Creation & Delivery:
  Leading the creation and delivery of impactful educational content, including white papers, webinars, online training modules, instructional videos, and FAQs, for clinicians and surgeons.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Building strong global relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and medical societies to drive awareness and adoption.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Working closely with product development, sales teams, medical affairs, clinical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Market Insights:
  Conducting global market research and competitive analysis, with a focus on Europe, the UK, and the USA.
• Performance Tracking:
  Measuring the effectiveness of educational initiatives using engagement rates and adoption rates and using data to refine strategies.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses:

• Qualification:
  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience:
  5+ years of international market experience in marketing, education, or communications within the medical device or healthcare industry, specifically focused on personalised, patient-specific, or customised devices.
• Market Knowledge:
  Intimate knowledge of key international markets (Europe, UK, and USA) and existing relationships with potential global KOL's.
• Program Development:
  Proven experience in creating educational programs, content, and campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals.
• Regulatory Understanding:
  Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, CE, ISO for educational and marketing content.
• Technical Expertise:
  Expertise in digital marketing tools, learning management systems (LMS), and content management systems (CMS).
• Key Competencies:
  Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a data-driven, analytical approach.
