The team at Medical Staff is excited to offer a full time Admin/Compliance Assistant role within our call center team for immediate start to complement its existing team. This is an office-based role.

The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid in meeting deadlines. Experience in similar roles is desirable.

Some of your daily responsibilities will be as below but not limited to:

  • Actively assisting the team in admin-related tasks
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff
  • Working as per policy and procedure
  • Working under guidance and independently
  • Being able to work fast with attention to details and high level of accuracy
  • Assisting with payroll tasks
  • Document collation and follow up

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Proactiveness and a goal orientated mindset
  • Sound computer skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise different tasks
  • The ability to follow policy and procedure
