We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to join our high-performing team supporting NSW South. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified Optometrist looking to transition into a dynamic sales career, leveraging clinical expertise to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Bausch + Lomb's contact lens portfolio to independent and key account optometrists.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver tailored business plans to meet customer needs.
  • Analyse sales trends and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Provide clinical field support and represent Bausch + Lomb at trade shows and conferences.
  • Manage territory efficiently, including travel planning and CRM reporting via Veeva.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Optometrist ready to embrace a new challenge in sales.
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Optometrist is required.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a motor vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (6–8 weeks per year) and attend occasional after-hours events.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and commercially savvy.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
