Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategically minded and commercially driven Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to help lead global brand development, product innovation and digital marketing execution. You will play a central role in shaping the identity and growth of our brands with a particular focus on ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance across international markets, especially throughout Europe.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing translation and localisation across multiple European languages (including but not limited to French, German, Dutch, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Portuguese), coordinating multilingual campaigns, and maintaining consistent brand tone across markets. Bilingual or multilingual capability is highly valued.
This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, digital execution and product development. You will work cross-functionally to build distinctive brands, guide product launches and execute campaigns that resonate across cultural and regional contexts. You will lead projects end to end, spanning brand development, product innovation, website launches and digital activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Lead the setup and launch of Shopify and WordPress websites, ensuring UX, content and performance alignment
- Own and execute email marketing strategies using Klaviyo or equivalent including flows, segmentation, campaign content and optimisation
- Advise on and oversee multi-channel advertising strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, pricing policies, and distribution objectives
- Coordinate campaign calendars and content workflows with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators across Europe for campaign and organic content
- Analyse campaign KPIs and adjust tactics to optimise performance
Brand Strategy & Management:
- Lead brand strategy, positioning and identity development across incubator brands
- Define and manage visual and verbal identity systems across touchpoints
- Lead brand storytelling, naming, copywriting and content development
- Manage and evolve brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand expression
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and guide product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Oversee brand content creation including campaign shoots and asset development
Product Innovation & Development:
- Identify new product opportunities based on trends, insights and white space analysis
- Brief and collaborate with product, design and sourcing teams to bring product ideas to life
- Drive marketing input across NPD – including naming, positioning, packaging and storytelling
- Conduct pricing research and assist in setting RRPs that balance market positioning and commercial viability
- Perform margin analysis in collaboration with sourcing and finance teams
- Oversee sample testing and drive alignment between product, marketing and design
- Own the go-to-market strategy and rollout for new product launches
International Market Growth
- Lead localisation of packaging, marketing, and website assets across European languages (French, German, Dutch, etc.)
- Manage translation workflows and collaborate with regional partners to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Localise brand assets, product copy and packaging for different regulatory and cultural contexts and languages
- Create multilingual toolkits and content libraries to support regional distributors, resellers, and marketing partners.
- Support localised go-to-market planning across ecommerce, retail and DTC
Retail & Channel Marketing
- Create sell-in tools, pitch decks and marketing assets for use with buyers and partners
- Guide in-store and retail-specific marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with sourcing and sales teams on pricing and positioning strategy per channel
- Support retail activations, joint promotions and category expansion efforts
Marketing Leadership & Collaboration:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Partner with the Head of Design on creative asset development and packaging
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns, activations and omnichannel launches
- Contribute to website strategy, influencer marketing and digital campaign planning
- Provide support across broader group marketing activities as needed, including assisting other business units (e.g. Ledgify, Beyond Sourcing, Enxgy) with campaigns, brand development or content
- Lend marketing and brand expertise to The Unmarked Group's business transformation projects where applicable, including advisory input on client brand strategy or execution
- Champion the brand and innovation agenda within the business, driving continuous improvement
- Assist with budgeting and spend tracking for brand and product campaigns
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in international or global marketing, with proven success managing localisation and translation across multiple European markets (e.g. French, German, Dutch, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, and Portuguese).
- Demonstrated experience leading multilingual campaigns and coordinating translation workflows across web, packaging, and advertising.
- Bilingual or multilingual capability strongly preferred.
- Proven experience launching or scaling brands internationally (EU/UK experience preferred)
- Strong grasp of Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads and marketing stack tools
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across brand, product and performance
- Strong grasp of branding, packaging development and the product development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication, storytelling and content development skills
