About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Content & Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to grow our digital presence, build engagement, and drive sales.
You'll create content that connects with our core audiences - tradies, irrigators, plumbers, and farmers - across On-site, META, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, blogs and more. This means everything from how-to product videos to customer stories, campaign emails, and scroll-stopping posts that get people clicking "Add to Cart."
This is a role for someone who's just as comfortable getting their hands dirty creating content as they are managing partners to get things done. Most importantly, you'll bring proven ecommerce marketing experience and the drive to make an immediate impact.
What you'll be doing- Create and manage content across META, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, email campaigns and more.
- Produce how-to product videos that educate customers and drive sales.
- Write product-focused blogs and buyer guides that support SEO and customer education.
- Develop and run Klaviyo email campaigns that nurture customers and boost repeat purchases.
- Use Triple Whale and other analytics tools to track, report on and optimise campaign and ecommerce performance.
- Use Semrush to track keyword rankings, monitor organic visibility, measure the SEO impact of content, and turn those insights into content and keyword strategy improvements.
- Own and manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent, on-brand presence.
- Experiment with AI tools to accelerate content creation and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to align content, creative and campaign priorities with ecommerce goals.
- Proven experience in ecommerce marketing (essential). Aminimum of 3-5 years
- A strong track record in content creation - across social, email, video, and blog.
- Hands-on skills to create DIY content (design, video, copywriting) with the ability to brief and manage others.
- Previous experience with Klaviyo, Triple Whale and Semrush.
- Comfortable with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools that speed up content production and output (highly desirable).
- Creative, energetic and organised, with the ability to move fast and deliver.
Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or trade-related industries is a bonus but not required.
