What you will be doing

As a Senior Account Manager in CCIS you are responsible for delivering exceptional retail print POS campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations. Your key responsibilities include:

End to end project management. Own the full lifecycle from initial brief to final execution, ensuring every deliverable is on time, on spec and on budget.

Client relationship management. Build and nurture strong relationships, becoming a trusted adviser who understands business goals and challenges.

Creative and production coordination. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to bring ideas to life, ensuring seamless execution across creative, print, high end packaging, POS and digital channels.

Strategic growth. Identify and drive opportunities within your portfolio while maintaining a strong pipeline.

Operational excellence. Maintain accurate reporting, manage client budgets and ensure all activity aligns with company processes and client KPIs.

Problem solving and innovation. Tackle complex challenges with a solution focused mindset, always seeking better, more efficient ways to deliver exceptional results.

Quality control and execution. Oversee quality checks, attend installations when needed and ensure all outputs meet our high standards across print, POS, packaging and digital activations.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

You bring:

Experience. A strong background in print production account management in retail or FMCG, with a proven record delivering retail print POS campaigns and high-end packaging. Hands on across point of sale, temporary point of sale, cartons and premium packaging formats such as rigid boxes, foils, emboss and specialty substrates. Confident taking client briefs and rewriting them clearly for creative, prepress and production, managing press checks, kitting and store allocations. Comfortable operating in a manufacturing model using MIS and WMS, managing suppliers and timelines, meeting compliance and sustainability needs, and delivering on spec, on time and within budget.

Commercial acumen. A strong understanding of budgets, forecasting and cost-effective solutions that drive client and business value.

Communication skills. Confident, clear and collaborative, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Project management mastery. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.

Creative understanding. Experience translating briefs into practical, high-quality deliverables with creative teams.

Problem solving mindset. Resourceful and solution focused under pressure.
