We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team at Kallibr Training, one of Australia's most trusted names in Health & Safety training. In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in connecting businesses with the essential training solutions they need to keep their people safe.
You'll support the execution of email campaigns and automated flows that contribute to customer engagement, retention and conversion. You'll work closely with our passionate Sales Team to help bring our purpose to life.

We're on the lookout for a detail-loving Digital Marketing Manager to help deliver compelling, timely and on-brand email campaigns that engage our customers throughout their journey. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to build their marketing skills and grow in a supportive, high-performing team.
~$80,000 - $100,000 OTE based on candidate experience
As a Digital Marketing Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the planning, setup and deployment of email campaigns and automated journeys in HubSpot.
- Build, test and proof campaign emails and templates, ensuring accuracy and on-brand content before launch.
- Manage the marketing calendar, keeping campaign schedules organised and aligned with broader sales efforts.
- Accuntable for our performance metrics and contribute to reporting that helps us optimise future campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the National Sales team to coordinate product launches, special promotions and key customer communications.
- Manage accurate audience segmentation, subscriber list health and compliance with email marketing regulations.
- Maintain subscriber list health and ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and industry best practices.
What you'll need to join our supportive, energetic team:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role focused on email campaign creation and marketing execution
- Proven knowledge to plan, build, test and deploy emails and automation flows in HubSpot
- Ability to develop creative, data-driven email marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Demonstrated understanding analysing and evaluating campaign performance and applying insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and an eye for proofing content before deployment.
- Organised and adaptable, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A collaborative and curious mindset with a positive attitude and genuine love of learning.
- Excellent project coordination skills with sharp attention to detail and an organised approach to juggling multiple content streams
