About the role:
The Organisational Governance and Consultative Councils team provide support to the Consultative Council on Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity (CCOPMM), the Victorian Perioperative Consultative Council (VPCC), SCV internal quality & safety governance committees and inquiries from Coroners Court of Victoria.
The role will be responsible for data entry, data cleaning and preparing data received from health services. Where data is incomplete, missing or further data is required you will liaise with health services to obtain this data. The role requires the capability to develop effective ongoing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure agreed timelines are met.
To be successful in this role, you will be a high performing team member with strong analytical, written work, problem solving, project management and communication skills. You may offer specialist skills in database management, stakeholder engagement and process improvement and possess meticulous record keeping skills.
The role reports to the Senior Project Officer and will work closely with other team members to contribute to the work of the wider branch and ensure the implementation and delivery against the SCV strategic objectives.

About you:
- A qualification or equivalent professional experience in fields related to health administration, medicine, nursing, paramedic, pharmacist or allied health is desirable.
- A sound understanding of the Victorian health system, and knowledge of the department and its operating processes and information systems is essential.
- Familiarity with various computer programs such as the MS Office suite and Salesforce database.
