About the Role

We're on the lookout for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This is a hands-on generalist role supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, employee queries, and HR systems administration.

You'll play a critical part in the daily operations of the HR function, helping us continue to build a supportive, high-performance culture.

Prior experience using ELMO HRIS and exposure to the construction or civil industry will be highly regarded.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records in ELMO HRIS
  • Support employee lifecycle events and ensure compliance documentation
  • Coordinate training programs, including compliance and safety modules
  • Respond to HR queries and escalate as needed
  • Assist with performance review cycles and engagement surveys
  • Generate reports and maintain data accuracy across HR systems

What We're Looking For

  • Human Resource Qualification
  • Experience using ELMO HRIS (or similar platforms) highly beneficial
  • Previous exposure to the construction, civil, or infrastructure sector
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple priorities
  • Confidentiality, discretion, and a people-first mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
