We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Payroll & HR Coordinator ANZ
to join our team.

In this varied role, you'll play a key part in both Payroll and HR functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing and assisting with a wide range of HR coordination tasks. Your contribution will be critical in maintaining compliance with company policies and legislative requirements while supporting our employees and managers with Payroll and HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer weekly payroll and support monthly payroll as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, superannuation, and award regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare payroll reports.
  • Assist with termination payments, General Ledger processing, and month-end reporting.
  • Provide advice on pay inquiries and manage payroll documentation.
  • Support daily HR tasks, employment documents and administrative duties.
  • Coordinate in-house training programs and maintain employee files.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support with HR projects and other ad-hoc HR related tasks

About You:

In this role you'll need a background in Payroll and the confidence to thrive in a dynamic environment. You will be detail-oriented, a natural problem-solver, and have a flair for working with numbers. Your approachable nature, adaptability and effective communication will help you build strong relationships with colleagues across the ANZ business.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • 3+ years of Payroll experience ideally in a complex environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Payroll, Taxation and Superannuation legislation.
  • Previous experience in HR Administration/Coordination or Recruitment will be advantageous but not essential.
  • Working experience with Payroll Systems – Micropay knowledge will be a strong advantage.
  • MS Office applications - with intermediate to advanced Excel in particular.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Great work ethic, reliability and a can-do attitude.
