The Opportunity:

You'll join our Wetherill Park team, managing a strong portfolio of key accounts while hunting out new opportunities to drive business growth across the Marsden Park area.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Managing key accounts with full operational support
  • Building strong partnerships with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Conducting regular site visits and candidate interactions to strengthen relationships
  • Managing early-morning Start-Ups at client sites (6am starts required)
  • Promoting a culture of safety through inductions and toolbox talks
  • Supporting the Operations Team with daily rosters and database management
