Sydney, New South Wales, Australia DSC Personnel Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Due to a recent opening, DSC Personnel is looking for a Recruitment Consultant - Labour Hire to join our Sydney team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to pursue an awarding career in recruitment and labour hire. The role is a true 360 role where you will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process and client account management as well as having a direct role in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop existing business relationships
  • Meeting sales targets and KPI's
  • Up-selling and monitor client satisfaction with service
  • Understand the client's business needs, company culture, processes and WHS standards and requirements
  • Interview, reference, place candidates
  • Maintain client and employee database
  • Servicing client orders and requests

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven success in previous sales based roles: any previous phone-based, B2B, outbound sales, account management and client facing roles are all really transferrable to recruitment.
  • Some experience in the recruitment and/or labour hire sector would be an advantage.
  • An understanding of either warehousing, manufacturing or construction would also be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong phone manor
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer literacy
