We're currently recruiting for an experienced
Account Manager
in Sydney on behalf of a leading agency that specialises in social-first campaigns and creator partnerships for some of the world's most recognisable FMCG brands.

About the Role

As the Account Manager, you'll take charge of client relationships across high-profile FMCG brands. You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of social-first and influencer-led campaigns, collaborating with internal creatives, producers, strategists, and talent managers to bring bold ideas to life.

This role requires a sharp commercial mindset, deep platform fluency, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts—clients, creators, content, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day lead for FMCG client accounts across ANZ
  • Manage the full lifecycle of creator-led campaigns—from brief to reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class creative and smooth delivery
  • Source, brief, and manage creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Present clear, insight-driven reporting and campaign recommendations
  • Spot upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth
  • Stay ahead of trends in FMCG, digital media, and social platforms

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in account management, digital marketing, or social media roles
  • Hands-on experience with FMCG clients is essential
  • A strong grasp of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • A natural collaborator with strong attention to detail
  • Confident in presenting and managing client expectations
  • Genuinely passionate about culture, content, and the evolving digital landscape
