The Opportunity

As a
Senior Finance & Accounting Recruiter
, you'll drive growth in one of our most in-demand practice areas, partnering with clients across:

  • Financial & Management Accounting
  • Financial Control, Reporting & Treasury
  • Audit, Risk & Compliance
  • Commercial & Business Analysis
  • Financial analysis and business partnering
  • Transactional finance
  • Finance Transformation & Systems Projects

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, grow a strong client portfolio, and connect highly skilled finance professionals with career-defining opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.
  • Proactively develop and grow your client base through networking, business development, and relationship management.
  • Build talent pipelines and keep your finger on the pulse of the Finance & Accounting market.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to share insights, plan effectively, and celebrate success.
  • Consistently set and achieve goals, backed by drive, focus, and persistence.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on Finance & Accounting (or strong related B2B/consultative sales experience).
  • A track record of success in building client relationships and delivering results.
  • A genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities and watching them succeed.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to business development.
  • A confident, relationship-driven style—comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
