What You'll Do: As a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process. Your duties will include:

  • Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Candidate Sourcing – Identify and attract top talent across multiple sectors
  • Screening and Interviewing – Assess candidates to ensure the best match for our clients
  • Job Advertising – Create engaging and effective job ads to attract quality candidates
  • Reference Checks & Onboarding – Ensure smooth and compliant onboarding for candidates
  • Compliance – Maintain the highest levels of compliance and documentation
