Marketing Director / Co-Founder – Cal0 ( Australian citizens only)

Cal0 is a next-generation nutrition tracking app that uses AI to identify calories and nutrients from a simple photo of your meal. We're building a smarter, faster way to help people eat mindfully without the manual logging.

We're based in
Sri Lanka
and preparing to
expand into the Australian market
. To drive this growth, we're looking for an
energetic and passionate Marketing Director to join as a Co-Founder
.

This is an
equity-based role (45%)
until the company achieves positive cash flow. We're looking for someone who's ready to grow a brand from the ground up, lead with creativity, and take real ownership of a global vision.

What you'll do

  • Lead Cal0's marketing, growth, and brand strategy
  • Build a community of users who believe in better, data-driven health
  • Create and execute campaigns across digital channels
  • Collaborate closely with product and tech to align growth and user experience
  • Establish partnerships in the fitness, health, and wellness sectors
